Bungalow Extension and Modernisation
Our client, a resident since the 1960s, aimed to bring their property up to modern building standards and increase their living area. We offered extensive engineering and project management services, including structural design, construction documentation, and tender administration. Monitoring the construction for our international client, we facilitated smooth communication among all involved.
Contemporary Family Home
For this new project, we provided comprehensive construction information that includes structural design, architectural specifications, and construction details.
We oversaw the tender process, assessed builder proposals, and offered suggestions to the client. During the construction phase, we oversaw the project as the certifying engineer, leading to the release of a certificate of compliance at the end.
Farmhouse Renovation and Extension
Aiding our client in obtaining a €70,000 Vacant Property Grant, we initiated the renovation and expansion of a classic farmhouse utilizing Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF). Our offerings consisted of structural design for the expansion, comprehensive construction blueprints, and continuous site oversight.
