Bungalow Extension and Modernisation
Our client has owned this property since the 1960's and along the way has modernised and maintained the house. However, with the movement in building regulations and available grants the client looked to bring the house up to modern standards as well as extending.
New Build - Structural Design and Certification
We undertook the structural design for the project, prepared the tender information and monitored and certified the build.
Farmhouse Renovation and Extension
We initially provided assistance for the Vacant Property Grant. Assisting the client to get the full 70,000eur grant for the project. Following this we undertook the role of supervising engineer, completing the structural design for the ICF extension and supervising the build.
